Who We Are
Fine Cut Woodworks was founded by husband and wife team, Jimmy and Sophie Lipscomb. After working alongside other cabinet and furniture makers, joiners and artists, Jimmy’s passion for designing, creating and crafting with wood, was put into establishing Fine Cut Woodworks in 2012.
From our well developed workshop based in Oxfordshire, Jimmy, Sophie, and the workshop team work closely with clients, including home-makers, interior designers and architects to ensure they have a personal experience, dealing with them directly to ensure all the projects are as completely individual as our clients are.
What We Do
At Fine Cut Woodworks we pride ourselves on specialising in bespoke cabinetry and kitchens. Collaborating with clients from the beginning, we ensure the design, creation and installation are all part of one integrated process fulfilled in house.
As all of our projects are bespoke and handmade, we tailor our approach around this focus. We work closely with our clients, discussing plans and ideas, advising on the design, materials and finishes to configure and create the best solution for the space and use.
We create full 3D visual designs of all our projects, detailing the design details, materials, finishes and dimensions for you to really get a feel of what the end result will be, along with the help of material, finish and fixture samples.
All projects are then made in house at our workshop in Oxfordshire, allowing us to create truly bespoke cabinetry and kitchens, also by creating everything within our workshop, we minimise the installation time within your home or environment and therefore lessening the disruption to you.
